Terms and Conditions for Promotional Specials
Eligibility for Special Offers
Special offers are only valid for quotes that have not yet been invoiced and remain active, valid, and unexpired. Expired or canceled quotes do not qualify for the promotional special.
Validity Period
Specials apply only to services booked and confirmed within the promotional period. Any requests received outside the promotional period may not be eligible for the discounted rate unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Discounts and Offers
All discounts or offers associated with a special promotion are applied exclusively to the services outlined in the valid quote. Additional services requested outside the scope of the original quote may be subject to standard pricing.
Only one promotional offer can be applied per quote. Promotions are not transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless specified.
Inclusions and Exclusions
The final amount for services rendered may include additional travel and/or overnight accommodation expenses as required for locations outside of the primary service area.
Travel expenses will be calculated based on the distance and travel time necessary to deliver the services, with all expenses itemized on the final invoice.
Accommodation expenses will be included only if overnight stays are necessary to complete the services requested. All expenses will be agreed upon in advance and reflected in the final invoice.
Limitations of Use
Specials are valid only for the client to whom the quote was originally issued and cannot be transferred or assigned to another party without prior written consent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the quoted service is booked within any stated validity period; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the special offer without notice.
Modification and Cancellation
The Assessment Zone reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional special at any time, with or without notice.
If a client cancels or amends a quote after the promotional special has been applied, the client may forfeit eligibility for the promotional rate, and standard rates may apply to any rescheduled or new quotes.
Liability and Limitations
Promotional specials are offered as a goodwill gesture and do not constitute any waiver of rights under applicable law.
The Assessment Zone is not responsible for any unintended outcomes resulting from the client’s delay in acting on the promotion or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
